The Center for the World Economy is a university-wide research unit, operating within Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw. The establishment of the Center is a response to the problems of the modern world. The purpose of the unit is to cooperate with the socio-economic environment, conduct research and didactics.
The main tasks of the Center are:
- Conducting scientific research and development work of an interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary nature in the areas of science, economy and social life, centered around economic issues,
- Undertaking opinions, expert reports and economic consulting at home and abroad,
- postgraduate education, MBA or other forms of education,
- Dissemination of the latest economic knowledge.
